Services
1) Subjective Assessment- Helps build an understanding of the injury and how it is affecting day to day life currently.
2) Objective Assessment- Based on the Subjective Assessment, the Objective Assessment will be linked to what was mentioned prior. This assessment will look at aspects such as: Range of Motion, Strength, Gait Analysis, Neurological Testing, Functional Testing, Palpation and Special Tests to name a few.
3) Diagnosis: At the end of the assessment the physiotherapist will give you a diagnosis that is in line to the findings
4) Goal Setting: Making SMART goals is important and something our Physiotherapists will always do with you. It allows a target to be made and includes an explanation of the best treatment avenue to take.
Goal Setting is paramount to allowing goals to be reached. At VI we aim to make goals SMART, in order to motivate and also make the treatments more meaningful.
These sessions can include:
1) Strength and Conditioning
2) Massage
3) Dry Cupping
4) Mobilisations
5) Stretching
This service is best suited for those that may not know what treatment is most relevant to their condition, and would benefit from an assessment to know the right avenue to take.
